Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. When your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets or you choose to adjust it. As with deposit limits, reductions are instant while increases carry a delay.
Separate from loss limits, wagering limits let you cap the total value of bets you place over a given period — regardless of whether those bets win or lose. This is particularly useful for players who want to limit their overall betting activity rather than just their financial exposure.
Set a timer that sends you a visible on-screen notification at your chosen intervals — every 30, 60, or 120 minutes — reminding you how long you have been active on the Platform. Staying aware of time spent is one of the simplest and most effective responsible gambling habits.
Need a short break? Apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Existing withdrawal requests are not affected and will be processed normally. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
For players who need a longer or permanent break, self-exclusion removes your access to the Batpro Platform entirely for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of request. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Taking a Break
Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive responsible gambling tool available on Batpro. It is designed for players who feel their gambling is no longer within their personal control, or who simply want to remove access to the Platform entirely for an extended period.
Batpro treats all self-exclusion requests with the utmost seriousness. Once submitted, your account is disabled within one hour, your marketing preferences are set to off, and you will not receive any promotional communications during the exclusion period.
Available exclusion periods: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Once a period is selected and confirmed, Batpro will not lift or reduce the exclusion before it naturally expires — regardless of subsequent requests to do so. This is intentional: the system is designed to hold firm when it matters most.
If you choose permanent exclusion, your account will be closed and your remaining balance returned. You will not be eligible to register a new account on Batpro.

Balance Returned

Exclusion Period Enforced
Batpro will not process reinstatement requests during the chosen exclusion period. The exclusion holds firm — by design.
Reinstatement After Exclusion
When your chosen period expires, you may request account reinstatement. Batpro applies a mandatory 7-day reflection period before access is restored, even after the exclusion has technically expired.
