1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Batpro ("Batpro", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://batpro.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Batpro Platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and any other product offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered player account held with Batpro, containing a unique username, password, and associated wallet balance.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Batpro Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), inclusive of real-money funds and any eligible bonus credit.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or loyalty reward granted to a Player subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, or other product on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to all Batpro accounts before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — Batpro's compliance framework in accordance with applicable international standards.
• "Platform" means the entire Batpro website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications operated at https://batpro.cam.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or illegal.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to all Batpro players, including deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount that must be wagered using a bonus balance before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with Batpro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Batpro enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Batpro or had a Batpro account closed for misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of Batpro or any of its affiliated entities, without prior written consent from Batpro management.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Batpro Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Batpro employs technical and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account identified will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Batpro is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Batpro will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact Batpro support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 KYC and Document Verification

Batpro reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Batpro Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept that:

• All bets placed on Batpro are final once confirmed by the system. Bet cancellation is not available except in circumstances where Batpro determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• Gambling is inherently risky. You may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. You accept this risk voluntarily and without duress.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Batpro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and planned or unplanned maintenance may affect Platform availability.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection. Batpro is not liable for bets lost, delayed, or voided due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Batpro are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and product type. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall take precedence for that product. General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets must be placed prior to the closing of a market. Any bet submitted after market closure will be void.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to market availability, which may be suspended at any time at Batpro's discretion.
• Batpro reserves the right to limit or restrict stakes on individual accounts where patterns of behaviour suggest professional or syndicate betting that may distort market integrity.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where Batpro determines that odds or market lines were published in error — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or data-feed failures — Batpro reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies to all sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other covered competitions.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event abandonment or postponement beyond the permissible period; participant withdrawal prior to commencement; insufficient event duration according to relevant sport rules; or determination that an event was not governed by the applicable sport's official regulatory body.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Batpro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian and international payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB. All account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts start from RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed within the Platform cashier. Batpro does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may impose their own charges.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds. Once verification is complete, withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) business hour. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network congestion.

7.4 Source of Funds

Batpro reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Batpro are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. These Terms provide a general framework applicable to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotional terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable terms before accepting a bonus.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Batpro reserves the right to specify which games, markets, and bet types contribute toward wagering requirement fulfilment.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Batpro operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to extract guaranteed profit from bonuses; collusion between players; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and systematic exploitation of promotions in breach of their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, Batpro reserves the right to:

• Void the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Reclaim bonus amounts from the account balance;
• Suspend or permanently close the account;
• Report the activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8.4 Welcome Bonus

New players registering on Batpro may be eligible for a welcome bonus package subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable welcome offer. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. The welcome bonus is intended for genuine recreational players; its use is subject to all general bonus terms outlined in this section.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Batpro Platform:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or in breach of applicable local laws;
• Creating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate financial crime, or fund illegal activities;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events;
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or deliberate non-payment of losses;
• Any form of collusion, account sharing, or chip dumping in poker or other competitive games;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Batpro staff or other players.

Batpro reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical steps in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, fund confiscation, and referral to relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Batpro Platform — including but not limited to the Batpro brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game content, odds data, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Batpro or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Batpro's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Batpro intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Batpro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gambling; data loss; technical failures; third-party service disruptions; or decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Batpro does not provide gambling advice. All betting decisions are made independently by the Player. Batpro accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any bet placed on the Platform.

12. Responsible Gambling

Batpro is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be used as a source of income or financial relief. Batpro operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years and requires all players to confirm their age at registration and during KYC verification.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Pending bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.2 Closure by Batpro

Batpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is identified or reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• Batpro is required to do so by a competent regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by Batpro due to verified fraud or serious Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be withheld or forfeited at Batpro's discretion pending investigation outcomes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Batpro reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure. Batpro recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Batpro's operating licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

Batpro is committed to resolving player concerns promptly and in good faith. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, further dispute escalation procedures may be available under Batpro's operating licence framework.

Batpro's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms, and all matters relating to game outcomes, shall be final and binding except where manifestly incorrect or in breach of applicable law.
